Rising Homeowner's Dues

Just curious if anyone else thinks it is rediculous that our homeowner's dues keep going up? I have been talking to people of non-hearthstone communities and they pay a lot less a year. These communities actually have parks and neighborhood activities that the money goes toward on top of the normal maintenance.

I agree it seems high for what we hanve and I live in Bellewood and have even less than SummerGlen !
